Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and akp48 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the akp48 website at https://akp48.bet, its games, betting markets, and all associated services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players regardless of how they access the Platform — whether via mobile browser, downloaded application, or any other supported interface.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on akp48 requires you to provide a valid mobile number as your account identifier along with a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. akp48 treats all actions taken using valid login credentials as authorised by the account holder unless and until we are notified otherwise in writing.

Players who wish to close their akp48 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any active wagering requirements settled or forfeited. akp48 will process the final balance to your registered payment method upon closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your akp48 balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by akp48, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
2. Deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. akp48 does not accept deposits from third parties. Third-party deposits will be returned to the payment source and may trigger a KYC review of your account.
3. akp48 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside akp48's control. Review your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing.

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Cash deposits not subject to any bonus terms may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
2. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 2-5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
3. akp48 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases we may request documentation confirming the source of funds. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until the required documentation is received and reviewed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

akp48 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and, where applicable, winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms presented at the time of the offer.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:

akp48 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be voided, and any remaining balance may be withheld pending review. akp48 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming

Game content displayed on akp48 is provided under licence from third-party game developers and providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective rights holders. akp48 does not grant you any rights in such third-party content beyond the limited right to access and play the games through the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, akp48 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing:

3. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, akp48's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your akp48 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

akp48 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally through akp48's support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights to the extent they cannot be lawfully waived.
